AIM
This study aims to evaluate and compare the clinical and radiological outcomes of primary total hip arthroplasty (THA) performed with and without the use of intraoperative fluoroscopic guidance.
OBJECTIVES
• Primary Objective:
To compare the radiological outcomes (measurements) following total hip arthroplasty with and without intraoperative fluoroscopic guidance.
- Secondary Objectives:
- To compare clinical outcomes:
- Dislocation rates
- Limb length discrepancy
- Duration of surgery
- Intraoperative blood loss
- Preoperative and immediate postoperative scores
- Follow-up scores at 6 weeks and 3 months postoperatively.
