AIM
This study aims to evaluate and compare the clinical and radiological outcomes of primary total hip arthroplasty (THA) performed with and without the use of intraoperative fluoroscopic guidance.

OBJECTIVES
Primary Objective:
To compare the radiological outcomes (measurements) following total hip arthroplasty with and without intraoperative fluoroscopic guidance.

  • Secondary Objectives:
  1. To compare clinical outcomes:
  • Dislocation rates
  • Limb length discrepancy
  • Duration of surgery
  • Intraoperative blood loss
To assess postoperative recovery using the Modified Harris Hip Score:
  • Preoperative and immediate postoperative scores
  • Follow-up scores at 6 weeks and 3 months postoperatively.
